Real Estate Loan Signings

As a  certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Association and a previous banker with lending experience, Diana Adams is able to meet with clients and review the loan documents in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Typically, the documents are sent directly to the notary and reviewed for errors before the signing. Once signed, the executed documents will be forwarded to the attorney or lender per the instructions provided. A second set of documents will be left with the signee(s) for their records. Any questions that cannot be answered by the information provided in the loan documents for the signee(s) to read will be directed to the attorney or lender for clarification.
